Coursera is looking for a Partner Product Specialist to join our Degrees team. You will support our partners to bring high quality content and data onto our platform by owning project management, platform onboarding, technical case resolution, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Program Management, Business Development, Product and Engineering to implement solutions, resolve issues, advocate partner needs, and make Coursera the very best place to launch high impact learning experiences.

Your responsibilities:

  • Become an adaptable consultant that focuses on platform expertise and fostering strong partner relationships
  • Project manage data integration implementations and new content launches with strategic university partners
  • Contribute and collaborate cross functionally to share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technical or process areas
  • Attain trusted advisor status with both key business and technical decision makers within the partner’s ecosystem
  • Provide pre-sales assistance by doing demos and answering platform related questions

Your skills:

  • 4+ years of technical consulting, sales engineering or technical account management experience
  • Strong understanding of relational database and SaaS concepts
  • Passion for customer success and deep interest in understanding client needs
  • Demonstrated ability in project management
  • Effective at collaborating with cross-functional partners on shared initiatives
  • Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in SQL a plus
