Who We Are

Fairygodboss is an early-stage start-up based in New York and is the largest community of professional women in the US. Our mission is to improve the workplace for women by creating transparency. We do this by creating a safe, anonymous and supportive environment for women to leave job reviews and tips about employer pay, benefits, and culture. We are on the verge of closing our next round of funding and are looking to double our product and engineering team in 2019.

What You Will Be Doing

Last year, we launched our new tech platform to move away from PHP into a pure javascript-based environment. We also launched many projects including but not limited to: a new personalized jobs dashboard, a community content portal, and a custom transactional email system.

This year, we will be looking to enhance our existing jobs & community platforms, build out an internal personalization engine, and launch several exciting new projects.
