The Opportunity:

The Senior Analytics and Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Manager of Marketing Analytics and Operations to deliver on key go to market, and system outcomes that help achieve the company mission. The role will work cross functionally with key members of the Marketing, Revenue operations, and Growth Strategy teams. While leading initiatives, you will:

  1. Design and optimize marketing processes to deliver on growth and billings outcomes.
  2. Enable an effective and efficient go to market motion via advanced analytics.
  3. Champion alignment of shared priorities for Sales, Marketing, and SBO.
  4. Project manage cross functional operations and analytics work streams.

What you'll own:
  • Manage components of the sales and marketing revenue optimization meeting cadence 
  • Develop recommendations and support their implementation to drive targeted opportunity pipeline 
  • Create and project manage key data and data science projects for the team
  • Design and implement new processes and operational controls that drive marketing efficiency
  • Define and build cross-functional support for KPI alignment, and data standardization. 
  • Various elements of the annual strategic planning for marketing and revenue operations.
  • Define, validate, and pilot new concepts for building out the most effective go to market motion.
Experience you'll need:
  • Ability to problem solve independently and prioritize work based on anticipated business value even in the face of ambiguity.
  • Strong project manager, can juggle various cross functional projects and deliver great results
  • 5 years of marketing, operations, analytics, or strategy experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change
  • Proficiency using CRM, data visualization, and other tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, MS office
  • MBA, or equivalent experience in statistics, analytics, strategy, economics required
